Full refund available before the client returns the completed onboarding document. Email hello@thenextseo.com with subject "Refund Request" and order reference. Processed within 7 business days via original Stripe payment method.
Once the onboarding document is returned and work begins, the project fee is non-refundable.
If the provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, the client may request a partial or full refund. Email hello@thenextseo.com to open a review.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
